Section 206
Non-appealable circumstances
Notwithstanding anything contained in section 205, no appeal shall lie in any of the following cases:-
(a) If the deadline has passed without giving a reply or replying after the deadline has been reached or served according to the law,
(b) If the case is reconciled or settled,
(c) If the claim is withdrawn,
(d) In the case of dismissal of the appeal, but the dismissal of the appeal may be appealed.
